The first ever Chris Craft Sailboat Division rendezvouz was held at Mystic Seaport, Mystic Connecticut on August 7-9, 1998. The event was well attended by eight boats and by 16 members and their families.

The weekend's events included a get-together dinner Friday evening, a breakfast meeting Saturday followed by a parade of sail up the Mystic River to Mystic Seaport. Saturday afternoon we met on the boats at the Seaport's docks, met,  talked boats for hours, and showed off the boats.  Saturday night dinner was a clambake at the Seaport with a talk by the president of Sparkman and Stephens.

The seaport was an inspiring setting for the rendezvous. Mother Nature accomodated with beautiful weather. A grand time was had by all!!
